Youngstown State University President Randy Dunn did not appear at YSU Crash Day as scheduled this morning.
In an article published on Saturday by the Daily Egyptian, Southern Illinois University Carbondale’s student newspaper, Dunn is considered the front-runner for SIU’s presidency. The decision will be announced at 3 p.m. Eastern time.
Dunn has not been available for comment.
“All of us were surprised to hear that,” said Sudershan Garg, the chairman of the Board of Trustees. “Nobody on the Board knew about what came yesterday.”
